These terms apply when you use episode04.com and order from Episode. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Nothing here limits your rights under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

Your account

You sign in with Google or an email link, so keep your email account secure — anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your Episode account. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your photos and text

• You must own the photos and text you upload, or have permission to use them.
• Don't upload anything unlawful or hateful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights, such as their artwork, trademarks or images of them without consent.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to use it only to show you previews and to make and deliver your orders.
• We may refuse an order that breaks these rules. If we do, we refund you in full.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in South African rand. The total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We never see or store your card details.
• We review every order before printing. If we can't make your order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Made to order: returns and cancellations

Every tee is printed from your design, just for you. That means:

• As the Consumer Protection Act allows for personalised goods, you can't return a tee because you changed your mind. The seven-day cooling-off period for online purchases doesn't apply to personalised goods either.
• If your tee arrives defective or misprinted — it doesn't match the design you ordered, or has a printing or garment fault — email us within six months of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you.
• To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once printing has started, we can't change or cancel it.

Screens show colour differently, so a printed tee can look slightly different from its preview. That on its own isn't a defect.

Delivery

• We deliver within South Africa only.
• Delivery times are estimates. We email you when your order ships.
• Please check your delivery address. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we may charge you to send it again.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
